Nestled at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in peaceful Nelson County, Virginia, Meridian House offers a small, home-like setting with 24-hour care from qualified, attentive staff who are always awake and available.
We empower individualss to live confidently each day, offering gentle guidance in life skills and transportation to community activities, appointments, and worship.

Every detail of daily life is designed to help residents feel safe, supported, and fulfilled at Meridian House. From personalized care and healthy routines to community involvement and meaningful relationships, we create an environment where each person can experience dignity, purpose, and belonging.
We strive to make the admission process as quick and efficient as possible. Requests for admission can be made by families, legal guardians or involved professionals. After we receive an inquiry requesting admission, our House Manager will gather background information for review. If we determine that the individual meets the criteria for our program we will begin the intake process.
